I knew that Soho and Canal Street were the epitome of consumerism from my travels to NYC when I was younger. However, I don't think it truly stuck with me until I grew older. I've spent quite a bit of time in Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, and Canal Street documenting tourists and sellers now and yet this shot is still one of my favorites.
